I have been getting so much email regarding TDC lately that I thought I would create this page and post the stuff here since most people are asking that I
post their comments for all to see. Based on all the negative feedback on TDC you would think I have it out for them. I assure you that is not the case, it
is a matter of fact that I simply receive only negative feedback on them, so much so that I decided to create this page. If I receive some positive feedback
I will not hesitate to post it here. I want nothing more than for them to be a great company, that means more competition for other companies and lower
prices for us!
1-17-03:
I received word from Bogdan that he was contacted by TDC on the 16th and they are now contacting all their customers to sort out any problems. Here is
their new phone number: 305-785-8873
1-15-03: Another email about TDC.
I hope you might be able to
offer some advise, or let me know what's up with TDC. I have ordered a
stage2x kit from them already. It is going on a year and I still have not
received all of the parts. I know it takes awhile for stuff like this to
come together but damn a year, that's kind of ridiculous! I just hate the
fact I might be out 6g's I'm a regular racer just like the rest, and 6'g is a
big deal. Well just let me know something, I have heard rumors of them
going out of business. But I talked to Scott and he said they are just
getting bought out by someone else!

1-14-03: More emails regarding TDC. I first heard from these two individuals a few weeks ago. Here is the info that they sent me.
My name is Anthony Babicz and I really enjoy this site. It was one of the reasons that I wanted to turbocharge
my mustang. I though I found the right place to place my order but I was really wrong. It has been 8 almost
9 months now that I placed my order. The kit was around $5000 and they charged my credit card about 2 months
after I ordered. I ordered it in May and about June/July is when they charged me. The only thing that I have
gotten from TDC is a lot of B.S. excuses why my kit is taking so long. I talked to Scott, the owner and so new
guy named Julio. The last time I talked to anyone was the week before Christmas. So almost 3 weeks now.
During that last conversation I was told all I was missing was my intercooler and it should be in soon. But I've
heard that for a while now. I tried the call Monday 1-5, but I got no answer. Tuesday 1-6, I am going to try
again but if I get no answer I really don't know how to handle this and where and who I can take it to. After
all I have said what I would really like to know is what I should do if they don't answer or just give me another
B.S. excuse.
Thank you,
Anthony Babicz babicz81@yahoo.com
Your posting on 10-15-02 about TDC going out of business is correct as of the
new year no one answers the phones and I had a friend who lives in miami
drive buy and he said the place looked empty.
I also have a friend who ordered a turbo back in october and he kept getting
the run around up to christmas and now can not get a hold of anyone thier. My
friend might be out $5000.00 dollars.
If you have any information please email with it or were Sussman is.
Thank You
Bogdan Babicz

From Ryan: I have received 4 other emails similar to this from other people in the past 6 months, but I have since deleted them.
Hi,
My name is Ryan. I live in NC and have a 2001 GT Mustang convertible.
I ordered, and paid for, a T-66 "Outlaw" kit on January 17, 2002 with the
understanding that the kit would be in my hands by spring break. By July
4th, i finally had some parts in my hand, including the turbo, intercooler,
and most of the major stuff. I received these items after basically
threatening to see them in court if I didnt have something in a week. Here
it is almost Thanksgiving, and im still short a battery relocation kit, a
chip, install instructions, radiator hoses, and an invoice. I have called
this place more times than i can even begin to count. I am by most people's
account, quite a patient and calm person. But I have absolutely had it with
TDC. When I finally get my kit, if it isn't a perfect fit, and a perfect
bolt-on (as advertised), I won't hesitate to send every single part back and
have them pay for the shipping to do so. This is supposed to be a very solid
turbo kit, and it had better be, I've waited for 10 months through nothing
but empty promises and lots of BS from these guys. As far as phone calls go,
forget about it. If you can actually get someone to answer the phone more
than once a week, you are EXTREMELY lucky. Don't ever plan on having them
call you if you leave a message. I do plan on having this kit on my car
shortly after Christmas. When it's on, I will send you my thoughts on the
quality of the product. But until then, I would definately suggest avoiding
this company if at all possible. Customer service is not a priority in this
company, it would seem that avoiding court is, however.
