Future plans:
Basically the goal for this project was to see if we could get an inline six to do a 12. We're almost there.  Bigger jets, more boost and an manual shifted C4 and we should be there. We need to change the rear gear too.

Background:
My wife was dragracing my '69 Mustang Sportsroof and liked it. She always liked the early "round body" Falcons so we put the word out that we were looking for one. A friend found this one that the owner was making a NHRA
V-stock Eliminator car out of it, but wasn't finished. It still had the 170/Ford-o-matic in it when we got it. We tried to race it in this way only to get a best ET of 20.43@69. Pathetic!!! So we pulled the motor/tranny in search of more cubes and forced induction. I have some experience with turbos since I race a turbocharged '86 Mustang GT in PSCA.  FORDSIXPARTS.COM and FORDSIX.COM have been a big help with this project. There is a wealth of info on both of these sites for the Ford inline 6 cylinder. Swapping in a V8 to replace a 6 cylinder is not always the best way to go fast!!!

My wife, Kelly is a breast cancer survivor and has dedicated this car and her racing to increase awareness for Breast Cancer. We plan on arranging "benefit" drag races with donations and sponsorship money going toward breast cancer research.
