Background:
Well it all started about 5 years ago i bought my car the day after Graduation for 1200 bucks from a friend. The car stayed stock will only minor bolt ons. Well about 3 years ago i run in to this guy at sonic drive in with a aero style looking car but he claimed it was an 83 lx. i complimented him on his car and asked me if i was going to do anything to mine well..... i said in time i will.Well the guy i met just so happend to be Gumby "Noisy Cricket" well to make a long story short, Gumby built my motor with Heads cam and intake for a start..... after we went for a ride that first time when the car was done i wanted to go faster soon after that i bought a s/c to add to that collection after a couple of months Gumby moved to another city and he left John campbell in charge of my car.... wilth John being a great builder that i knew he was i was at ease knowing that he was going to help with my car. i blew a head gasket with my s/c and right then and there i told john to build me a motor, since i had 215,000 mile on the short block, we came up with a 308ci. The car ran amazing months after that i was leaning to a turbo but i didnt have the money. well on vacation i ended up in Vegas and just happend to win some. when i got home i did my research and bought a turbo kit. to where im still building little by little.3
